Terence Tse

Terence Tse is a globally recognised educator, author, and speaker. He is Professor of Finance at Hult International Business School. Terence is also a co-founder and Executive Director of Nexus FrontierTech, an AI company. In addition, he is an affiliated professor at ESCP Business School and Cotrugli Business School. The DRIVE framework contained in "Understanding How the Future Unfolds: Using DRIVE to Harness the Power of Today's Megatrends" was nominated for the CK Prahalad Breakthrough Idea Award by Thinkers50, the most prestigious award in business thought leadership. This framework has also led Chartered Management Institute’s own magazine Professional Manager in the UK to name Terence as one of the 18 new voices in 2018 that reshape management and leadership. Talent Quarterly in the US called the DRIVE framework one of the 24 trends transforming talent management in the years to come. He is a board member of Nexus FrontierTech. Terence is on the advisory board of the tech startup Thyreality and a business advisor to Impact Fundry, a digital technology consulting boutique. He also serves on the strategic foresight board of the Circular Economy Alliance and as a foundation board member of Tolar Hashnet. Formerly, he held the role of Co-Chair for the Start-up Lab of the French Chamber of Great Britain. Terence is a Research Associate at the University College London Centre for Blockchain Technologies. He started his career as an investment banker at Schroders, Citibank and Lazard Brothers followed by being a consultant at EY focusing on UK financial services. Terence obtained his doctoral degree from the Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, UK.

Associate Professor, Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University Green Templeton College, Oxford University Prior to his academic career Dr. Moore worked for eleven years in Canada sales and marketing management positions with IBM, and Hitachi. Before McGill he taught at Oxford University for five years. He has recently presented his research on Introverts at Harvard Business School, Oxford, IMD, and the Stanford Business School. His research on Ambiverts has been highlighted in The Economist, in 2016 in the Schumpeter column and in 2021 in the Bartleby column. His book Generation Why: How Boomers Can Lead and Learn From Millennials and Zs came out May 1, 2023. He hosts a weekly program, “The CEO Series” on Bell Media radio stations across Canada, where he interviews global thought and business leaders one-on-one for an hour. Previous guests include Justin Trudeau, Nobel Prize Winner Muhammed Yunus, and Ola Kallenius CEO of Mercedes-Benz worldwide. In November of 2020 Karl and an Indigenous Graduate Student started a biweekly column for the Globe and Mail, Indigenous Leaders where they interview an Indigenous Leader in Canada and elsewhere. Karl has interviewed +1,000 CEOs, Prime Ministers, Generals and other senior leaders, among the most in the world, one of the few advantages of age is that you done it longer than most everyone else. He has blogged weekly for Forbes for over 10 years and has a weekly piece in French in Les Affaires. Karl was nominated for the 2021 Thinkers50 Distinguished Achievement Awards in the Leadership Category as a top thinker for his work on introverts/extroverts in the C-Suite & Millennials. He has taught on the MBAs or executive programs of 6 of the top 10 Business Schools in the world including Harvard, Stanford, Oxford and IMD. He has had 28 refereed journal articles, 10 books and +4,100 Google Scholar citations.
